We work with select companies and founders in our focused industry sectors and provide these clients with exceptional, value-added legal support. Our clients range from first-time founders to multinational corporations. However, because of our deep industry expertise, experienced professionals, and high level of client engagement, we are not the best match for all potential clients. If budget is a principal concern or your legal needs are relatively straightforward, you may find that another firm would be a better fit. If it appears that there may be an opportunity to work together, we will get back to you to schedule a call. This free initial consultation will not address specific information concerning your project, but it will help us and you determine if we should proceed to forming an attorney-client relationship.

There is no charge for the initial consultation. Should we proceed to enter into an engagement letter, we will discuss and agree with you in advance concerning billing for your project. This may take the form of a fixed-fee per-project basis, a monthly retainer, or hourly rates. Our billing practices are transparent, and we have rarely experienced issues with invoices. Payment may be made online, and we accept credit cards, wire transfers, ACH, e-checks, and physical checks. We also accept payment in certain crypto stablecoins.

Gamma Law attorneys are experienced in a broad range of legal matters within our focused industry sectors, including corporate matters such as company formation, financing, and M&A, intellectual property and licensing. A single partner-level attorney will be designated to oversee all of your matters, and work will be allocated among members of our team based on experience level relating to your particular projects and in a manner that we believe, based on experience, will provide you with the most cost-effective support.

In accordance with the Gamma Law 100% Commitment, we will ensure that you are promptly and fully informed of developments relevant to your projects, considering your communication preferences and the relative significance of matters that come up. In addition, we invite you to call, e-mail, or text your Gamma Law attorney at any time if you would like an update or have a question. We return calls and messages within two hours during business hours, and as soon as reasonably possible outside of business hours.

Our lawyers are located in several time zones, and our working hours are not limited to traditional business hours.
