About Jake Anderson

Jake Anderson supports clients across a wide range of transactional and compliance matters. A former Gamma Law clerk, Mr. Anderson returned in 2025 after completing law school.

In law school, Mr. Anderson served as vice president of the Law, Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Group and as a board member of the Corporate Law Society. Fluent in Japanese, he also attended a semester of law school at Temple University Japan and completed three legal internships in Tokyo with the mergers & acquisition team of an international law firm, publicly listed restaurant holding company Toridoll, and leading independent game studio Kojima Productions.

He is a lifelong gamer and especially enjoys playing Mass Effect, Undertale, and Assassin’s Creed.
