Katie O’Neill Tran is an experienced international transactional lawyer focused on intellectual property matters.  Ms. O’Neill Tran has represented companies of all sizes with transactions on both sides of the Atlantic, having formerly practiced in the Republic of Ireland. Ms. O’Neill Tran’s experience includes support for early-stage companies as well as large international enterprises. A significant part of her practice is counseling clients concerning trademark portfolio strategies and managing trademark prosecutions and registrations in the United States and internationally.
