Marco J. Martemucci focuses on intellectual property brand protection where he assists media and entertainment companies and artists pursue and defend infringement claims, defends clients in SAG arbitrations, and counsels on developments in new media and technology. He works with the owners of well-known luxury brands in trademark, trade dress, and copyright litigation and licensing disputes involving apparel, cosmetics, and jewelry.

He also assists clients in selecting, clearing, and registering trademarks, protecting trade secrets, and developing strategies to combat counterfeit and gray-market goods by regularly coordinating with prosecutors, law enforcement and private investigators regarding illicit trade investigations.

Mr. Martemucci also advises clients on internal investigations, shareholder litigation demands, accounting, audits, fraud, insider trading, market manipulation, and securities trading practices.

Prior to private practice, Mr. Martemucci served as US District Court law clerk.
