Mitsuhiko Nakamoto

Mitsuhiko Nakamoto specializes in international transactions, Japanese corporate matters and litigation. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. and in Japan. He is also the co-founder and CEO of MiBot, a legal tech company designed to apply artificial intelligence to drafting better contracts for Japanese/U.S. transactions.

Educated at Keio University, Mr. Nakamoto also studied at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He worked for several years at an international Japanese law firm, Shikanai, Ueda and Inuzuka, and one year in a Japanese mega bank, Mizuho Corporate Bank.

Mr. Nakamoto speaks Japanese (Native), English (Fluent) and Spanish (Fluent).

Clients appreciate Mr. Nakamoto’s transactional abilities, and his desire to use tech to amplify what lawyers can do for their clients in optimizing contracts and transactions.
