Pedro Coto

Legal Support Director

An experienced in-house lawyer and external counsel in his native Honduras, Pedro Coto supports Gamma Law’s attorneys in litigation, dispute resolution, trademark matters, and corporate and commercial projects.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Mr. Coto obtained his law degree with a specialization in business and international commercial law from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) in Tegucigalpa. He also completed his master’s degree in business law at Alcala de Henares University in Madrid.

In Honduras, he worked on foreclosures, civil litigation, trademarks, corporate governance, mortgages, and other securities instruments as counsel for Banrural Financial Group before joining the law firm of Bufete Umanzor. There, Mr. Coto honed his technical, communication, and analytical tools working for the firm’s labor, intellectual property, corporate governance, trade, transactional, real estate, and other clients.

After moving to the United States, he lead the fulfillment team at One Legal, an InfoTrack Company, that provides software and services that streamline court filings, document service, and discovery.
