The Website is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Gamma Law does not provide personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As a result, the California “Shine the Light” Law (Civil Code Sec. 1798.83) does not apply to us.
Further, Gamma Law is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (Civil Code Sec. 1798.100) due to an exemption therein.
